香港面试常见问题:粤语/英语/情景题

一句话直接答案

港企面试分HR面(粤语or英语,STAR法则回答behavior questions)和部门面(英语为主,深入讨论专业知识),关键是提前准备10道常见题、学5个粤语关键词、掌握case interview结构化思维,final round则考察文化契合度和薪资谈判。

港企面试的三个环节

1. HR面试(初选)

形式:1对1 video call,30分钟

目的:筛选态度、团队协作、职业发展意向

语言

常见问题(一定要prepare):

  1. 「Tell me about yourself」(最关键)

    • 准备60秒版本:background → education → why finance/tech/consulting → career goals
    • ✗ 错误:「I am a hardworking person from mainland China…」
    • ✓ 正确:「I’m a recent graduate from HKU with a degree in Finance. During my internship at Goldman Sachs, I developed DCF models for M&A deals and discovered my passion for investment banking. I’m excited to join your M&A team to build on this experience.」
  2. 「Why our company?」

    • 不能说「because salary is good」
    • 要说:公司strategy、产品/客户、team culture、career path
    • 例:「I’m drawn to BCG’s sustainability consulting practice because your work on ESG transformation aligns with my interest in impact investing. I also admire your mentorship model and international opportunities.」
  3. 「Why this role?」

    • 说角色如何complement你的background
    • 例:「As a data analyst intern, I built dashboards in Python. This Associate role in Product Analytics appeals to me because I can deepen my SQL/Tableau skills while working on user-facing product decisions.」
  4. 「Tell me about a time when you…」(STAR法则)

    • Situation:背景(when, where, what project)
    • Task:你的责任/挑战
    • Action:你采取的行动(不是team做了什么)
    • Result:量化结果和learnings

    常见follow-up题:

    • 「…faced a difficult stakeholder」
    • 「…had to work under tight deadline」
    • 「…made a mistake」→ 重点讲learnings
    • 「…disagreed with your manager」
  5. 「What’s your weakness?」

    • 要说真实的但可以改进的weakness
    • ✗ 错误:「I work too hard」或「I’m a perfectionist」
    • ✓ 正确:「Early in my career, I wasn’t confident presenting to senior stakeholders. To address this, I volunteered for client-facing presentations and took a public speaking course. Now I regularly present findings to directors.」
  6. 「Describe your ideal team」

    • 说你欣赏的leadership style和team dynamic
    • 例:「I thrive in collaborative environments where feedback is direct and constructive. I appreciate managers who invest in development and clarify expectations upfront.」
  7. 「What are your career goals in 3-5 years?」

    • 说晋升意图,但不要太aggressive
    • ✓ 正确:「In 3 years, I aim to become a Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise. In 5 years, I’d like to move into a team lead role or transition into strategy.」
  8. 「Do you have any questions for me?」

    • 一定要问3-4个问题(show genuine interest)
    • 好问题:
      • 「What does success look like in the first 3 months?」
      • 「What’s the typical career progression path?」
      • 「Can you describe the team culture?」
    • ✗ 避免问:「What’s the salary?」或「How many days off?」

2. 部门主管面试(深选)

形式:1对1或2对1,45分钟

目的:评估技术能力、problem-solving思维、是否fit team

语言:英语为主(even中资公司也用英语讨论专业问题)

常见问题

3. Final Round(合伙人/高管轮)

形式:Partner或Director级别,30-60分钟

目的:culture fit、long-term potential、salary negotiation

如果面试官说「Can we switch to Cantonese?」,不要惊慌。国际学生通常可以说「I’m more comfortable in English for technical discussion, but happy to use Cantonese if you prefer」。

最关键的5句粤语

1、 「我好希望可以学到更多」 · I’m eager to learn · 回答「why our company」时用 2、 「我同队友嘅沟通好重要」 · Communication with team is important · 回答「teamwork」时用 3、 「客户嘅需要系我嘅优先」 · Client needs are my priority · 回答「stakeholder management」时用 4、 「如果做错咗,我会马上讲」 · If I make a mistake, I’ll communicate immediately · 回答「failure」时用 5、 「我好enjoy呢份工作」 · I’m genuinely excited about this role · Closing statement时用

粤语考试的心态

Case Interview 结构化方法(咨询/投行必备)

许多港企面试(特别是咨询、投行M&A)会问case interview。框架如下:

听题(1-2分钟)

Case: 「A Hong Kong restaurant chain is experiencing declining profit margin. What should they do?」

第一步:确认理解

结构化分析(2-3分钟)

Step 1: 定义问题范围

Step 2: 提出假设

Step 3: 深入分析

據 2024 年香港升學公開數據,结构化思维与问题分解能力的权重占 45%,最终答案正确性仅占 25%,其余 30% 为沟通与合作能力。

推荐和总结(2-3分钟)

「Based on our analysis, I see three options:

  1. Optimize staffing (less staff per location through scheduling/automation)
  2. Increase revenue per customer (premium menu items, delivery)
  3. Reduce COGS through supplier negotiation My recommendation would be Option 1 because it has the fastest ROI.」

情景题的STAR回答范本

题目:「Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder」

差的回答: 「I had a difficult project manager who was very demanding. We had some conflicts but eventually we resolved it.」 (太vague,没有具体细节)

好的回答: 「During my summer internship at Goldman Sachs, I was building a financial model for a pitch book. The client requested major changes to assumptions just 48 hours before the presentation. My director was frustrated, but I had to manage expectations. I met with the client directly to understand their concerns [Situation]. My responsibility was to ensure the model remained accurate while incorporating their feedback [Task]. I rebuilt the model and created 3 sensitivity scenarios, showing them both the impact of their changes and risks [Action]. We delivered on time and the client appreciated the transparency. The deal was won, and my director gave me positive feedback on how I managed the situation [Result].」

面试后的感谢邮件

面试结束后24小时内发邮件给interviewer:

Subject: Thank you - [Your Name] interview for [Position]

Hi [Interviewer Name],

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today. 
I enjoyed learning about [specific project/team] and discussing 
how my background in [relevant experience] could contribute to [company/team goal].

I'm particularly excited about [specific detail from conversation],

薪资谈判(Final Round后)

当你收到offer:

不要立即接受。回复:「Thank you for the offer. I’m excited about this opportunity. Can we discuss the compensation package?」

1、 被问「What’s your salary expectation?」 · 正确做法:回答「Based on market research and my experience, I’m looking for HK$X-Y. What’s the range for this role?」(让他们先出价) 2、 Interviewer问「Do you have other offers?」 · 正确做法:如果有,说「I have received interest from other firms, but [Company] is my first choice」 3、 问到你的缺点 · 正确做法:承认真实weakness但说了怎么improve 4、 做错笔试后的面试 · 正确做法:在面试开场坦白:「I didn’t perform as well as I hoped on the test, but here’s why I’m still a strong fit…」 5、 面试官不interrupt你 · 正确做法:不要说超过2分钟,主动pause问「Does that make sense?」
