1. HR面试(初选)

粤语面试的准备

- 不需要完美粤语,理解清楚+能回答问题就行

Case Interview 结构化方法(咨询/投行必备)
许多港企面试(特别是咨询、投行M&A)会问case interview。框架如下:
听题(1-2分钟)
Case: 「A Hong Kong restaurant chain is experiencing declining profit margin. What should they do?」
第一步:确认理解
- 「Let me make sure I understand. You have a restaurant chain in Hong Kong seeing margin pressure. The goal is to identify the cause and recommend actions. Is that right?」
结构化分析(2-3分钟)
Step 1: 定义问题范围
- Revenue side: 顾客数量vs餐厅均价
- Cost side: COGS(原料)vs运营成本(租金、员工)
- 外部factor: 竞争、消费者行为变化
Step 2: 提出假设
- 「I suspect the issue is either rising labor costs or declining customer frequency due to new competitors. Can I start by exploring labor costs?」
Step 3: 深入分析
- Interviewer会给你data:「Labor costs went from 30% of revenue to 38%」

题目:「Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder」

✓ 好的回答: 「During my summer internship at Goldman Sachs, I was building a financial model for a pitch book. The client requested major changes to assumptions just 48 hours before the presentation. 面试后的感谢邮件
面试结束后24小时内发邮件给interviewer:
